Our committee works to create inclusive environments and opportunities within the department. We seek to support and retain faculty and students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
UConn DMD Internship Program
UConn DMD supports students in gaining professional experience through internships. Students can earn 1-6 credits with DMD 4081, applying these credits towards their degree while receiving compensation from their employer. Internships are offered during the academic year and summer. Students may also pursue non-credit internships, which can be noted on their transcript through the UConn Center for Career Development.
